‘Au Gré du Vent’ is the culmination of a shared dream by the couple: to open their own restaurant to share their passion for gastronomy.
The restaurant was built on an old barn belonging to Stéphanie’s family. Only the little chapel to the right of the entrance still bears witness to this past. Stéphanie comes from a farming family whose farm is opposite the restaurant. Some of the products on the menu, such as butter and cheese, are made directly on the farm.
